By accessing this website, enrolling in an educational program, purchasing digital educational materials, or using any Services provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and our Services.

  1. About Lash Intensiveā„¢

Lash Intensiveā„¢ provides professional eyelash extension education designed to develop technical knowledge, scientific understanding, professional judgment, and critical thinking.

Our educational programs are intended to provide participants with educational resources to support professional development. Completion of any program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or professional certification except where expressly stated by the Company.

Enrollment grants participants a limited license to access the curriculum for their own individual educational purposes. The curriculum is licensed, not sold.

  1. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed after payment has been successfully processed through Kajabi and its participating payment processors.

The Aficionado Holdings LLC does not collect, receive, or store payment card information.

Program pricing, payment options, taxes, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Access to Digital Programs

Enrollment provides a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased educational materials.

Access is granted solely to the individual participant.

Participants may not:

Share login credentials

Allow another individual to access their account

Transfer course access

Sell access to any program

Allow organizations or businesses to use a single enrollment for multiple users

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorized account sharing or misuse is identified.

  1. Intellectual Property

Lash Intensiveā„¢ contains proprietary educational curriculum developed through years of professional experience, research, curriculum development, and practical application.

All curriculum and educational materials are the exclusive intellectual property ofĀ The Aficionado Holdings LLCĀ and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Certain curriculum materials are registered with the United States Copyright Office.

In addition to the individual text, graphics, videos, and educational materials, theĀ selection, organization, instructional sequence, educational methodology, troubleshooting processes, and overall architecture of the Lash Intensiveā„¢ curriculumĀ constitute original copyrighted works and proprietary intellectual property of The Aficionado Holdings LLC.

Enrollment grants permission to learn from these materials. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

  1. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Restrictions

Except as expressly authorized in writing by The Aficionado Holdings LLC, participants may not:

Upload or submit any portion of the curriculum into artificial intelligence (AI) systems for training, fine-tuning, or improving AI models;

Use Lash Intensiveā„¢ materials to create competing educational content, courses, manuals, books, publications, or digital resources;

Reproduce or rewrite curriculum using AI-assisted tools for redistribution or commercial purposes;

Create derivative educational works substantially based upon Lash Intensiveā„¢ curriculum;

Use Company materials to train, improve, evaluate, or develop artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models.

Participants may use general-purpose AI tools as a personal study aid, provided such use does not redistribute Company materials, create competing educational content, or violate these Terms.

Unauthorized AI use may constitute copyright infringement, breach of contract, and misappropriation of proprietary educational content.

  1. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

Use educational materials only for lawful purposes.

Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Respect the intellectual property rights of the Company.

Comply with applicable laws and professional regulations.

Exercise independent professional judgment when applying educational information.

Participants remain solely responsible for all professional decisions made in their practice.

  1. Third-Party Services

Lash Intensiveā„¢ utilizes third-party service providers, including Kajabi, to deliver educational content and related services.

The Company is not responsible for interruptions, outages, policy changes, security incidents, or other events affecting third-party platforms.

Use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

  1. Website Availability

The Company strives to maintain uninterrupted access to its website and educational platform.

However, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be interrupted because of scheduled maintenance, software updates, internet service interruptions, security events, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Termination of access does not transfer ownership of educational materials and does not waive any legal rights or remedies available to the Company.

If liability is established, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific educational program giving rise to the claim.
