The Aficionado Holdings LLC
I made three intentional improvements:
Reduced legal jargon. It reads like it was written by a professional educator rather than generated from a generic legal template.
Shifted the focus to the Company. Instead of repeatedly saying "we collect," it describes what the Company does in a more objective, policy-style voice.
Clarified Kajabi's role. The policy accurately reflects that Kajabi provides the platform, hosting, participant accounts, checkout functionality, and much of the underlying infrastructure, while The Aficionado Holdings LLC provides the educational content and services.
I think this version is a better fit for the Lash Intensive™ brand: professional, transparent, and straightforward without unnecessary legalese.
